Team Captain: David Blythin, Phil Farley and Lynn Matson are asking you to join us in the 2009 Multiple sclerosis (MS) Lifelines Walk in Loveland/Centerra on May 9, 2009 because this is a disease that is meaningful to us. Multiple sclerosis affects the central nervous system and occurs most frequently between the ages of 20 and 50. Many individuals and their families face a lifetime filled with challenges and unpredictability because as of today the cause of MS is unknown and there is no cure.
You can help by:
A. Making a donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society- see steps 1 through 9 below
or
B. Volunteering to walk in the May 9th MS Walk at Centerra - see steps 1 through 8 below
or
C. Volunteering to help set up or tear down on the day of the race, May 9th
or
D. Help check in participants at the May 9th MS Walk at Centerra - contact Phil Farley 667-1257 or Lynn Matson 669-8572
or
E. You can do one or more of the above.
Because we choose to walk for those who sometimes can't, because we choose to donate to the Walk, we are getting closer to the hour when no one will have to hear the words, "You have MS." Please join us and thanks for your support.
Cash-In Early Incentive: All participants who turn in at least $50 worth of donations before April 30th will be entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes!

2. Click on "Join Team" in the top of the box at the bottom of the page listing the Team Rotary members. (Just above Lynn Matson's name)
3. Under "Pick Your Participation Type" ensure the radio button next to the "Event Participant" is highlighted.
4. If you want to make a donation by credit card, enter the amount to donate in the first box at the bottom of the Pick Registration page.
If you just want to write a check made out to National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) you can give or send the check to Phil Farley or Lynn Matson and fill out steps 4 through 8.

5. Indicate if you want the amount of your donation displayed in the Team Rotary listing or if you want to give anonymously.
6. You can leave the "Personal Fundraising Goal" blank if you wish.
7. Fill out the Registration form.
8. Click the box to agree with the terms of the MS Walk regardless if you are walking or not.
9. Fill out the credit card information if you are making a credit card donation.
